Dopamine Agonists and Cardiac Valvulopathy in Parkinson Disease: A Case-Control Study Neurol 67:1225-1229, Yamamoto,M.,et al, 2006 See this aricle in Pubmed Article Abstract The frequency of valvulopathy was significantly increased in the cabergoline group. Our results indicate that high cumulative dose and long-term treatment with cabergoline are risk factors for valvulopathy in patients with Parkinson disease.
